James studied Graphic Design at the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago and graduated with a BS in Interactive Design from the Art Institute of California—San Diego.

James has worked in the digital and interactive space since 2003 as both a designer and creative consultant. During this time he's worked with numerous clients across a diverse range of industries including; Fine Art, Design, Fashion, Finance, Education, Medical, Technology and Sports.

James is passionate about merging creativity with business and believes reading is one of the most important things in life—you should never stop learning. You can often find James listening to the latest business best seller on iTunes or watching inspirational videos on TED.

James currently lives in San Diego, California with his best friend and wife, Mary. When he's not working or thinking about his next business idea, you might find him at the gym, running near his home, playing golf, traveling, or having a beer with friends and family.
